Guiding Beliefs

J.L. Siefers practices Indiana elder law and estate planning from a Christian perspective. When you face death and end of life issues it is important that you get counsel from someone who shares your values and worldview. There are important ethical issues as well as legal matters that must be addressed. A Christian worldview is critical. Rest assured that your legal matters are dealt with ethically and morally. Competent legal representation from a Christain perspective. Don't settle for less.

Our Approach

You only pay if we can help. You will never have to pay for our initial consultation. We will meet with you for up to an hour without any cost or obligation. You will know exactly what services we can provide and how much it will cost from the beginning.

You know upfront what our services will cost you. We use fixed fee agreements with most of clients. You will always know what our representation will cost you. You are provided with a fixed fee agreement for the attorney's time instead of getting billed by the hour. This means no extra charges to you for phone calls to your attorney when you have a question or concern. Fixed fee agreements allow everyone to rest assured about the cost of our legal representation or services.

We're above all, flexible. Different clients need different things. One size does not fit all. Although we provide many legal services (see services page) that address a wide variety of Indiana Elder Law and Estate Planning issues, we approach each client and legal issue with the same attitude: We design each estate plan to meet the each client's unique needs and desires. We provide our legal services based on each client as an individual. We will not provide cookie cutter answers. We don't produce big seminars that sell some "trust" that is perfect for everybody. We practice elder law and estate planning one client at a time.
